1. General Policy
All payments made to eSolutify for digital marketing services, including but not limited to web design, SEO, social media management, and consultation, are non-refundable. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Service Commitment
We are committed to delivering high-quality work and client satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services—where resources, time, and planning are allocated immediately—refunds are not possible once services have commenced.
3. Exceptions
While our default policy is no refund, we may consider requests for partial refunds under exceptional and documented circumstances (such as accidental double payment). These cases will be reviewed at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel future service renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. No prorated refunds will be issued for the current period.
5. Disputed Charges
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 3 days of the transaction. We are happy to investigate and clarify any billing issues. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in termination of your services.
6. Client Responsibility
It is the client’s responsibility to fully review service proposals, terms, and pricing before proceeding. eSolutify is not responsible for unmet expectations arising from unclear communication or lack of cooperation.

We reserve the right to update or modify this No Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
